Wastewater treatment

Boralit has a partnership with KEE Technologies. This British company has 45 years of experience in providing equipment and process engineered solutions for Domestic, Municipal, Trade and Industrial Wastewater Treatment.

Boralit now offers Nudisc biorotors (large scale wastewater treatment systems). These systems treat wastewater from 30 to 1.000 P.E. and more and absorb peaks. The purification station is a single piece plant which is built out of durable materials and a low energy expenditure.

The Nudisc biorotor can be used in several applications:

  • Hotels, camp-site, resorts,…
  • Agriculture
  • Applications where other technologies tend to fail

 

 

Operation

This installation consists out of one piece, with a built-in first settlement zone, rotating biological contact discs and a final settlement zone with a sludge recycling pump installation.

The NuDisc®  from the fourth generation is equipped with a directly driven reduction and a glass fibre roofing with adapted entree doors for a simple treatment.

The system is compact and has a reduced noise and smell nuisance. Thanks to the energy economical engine, it has a low stream expenditure.
